Payment

• The price is the mentioned amount in euros, excl. the shipping cost
• You can pay via PayPal or I can send you an invoice through Paypal. Dutch clients can pay via my Dutch bank account or Ideal.
• Any customs costs are not included in the price
• The price is exclusive of the alteration costs, if applicable

Sending

• Your purchase will be sent within 2 working days after the payment is received
• Your purchase will be sent by registered mail
• For insured mail: choose the upgrade in your cart.

Alterations

It’s possible to adjust the necklaces (smaller or bigger), add matching earrings to the necklace, or design your own piece of jewelry.

Restitution

• If a jewel is broken in the mail, please let me know within 3 days after the arrival of the purchase. I will solve the problem without any costs (except for your shipping cost). Don’t return a purchase without warning me first to avoid custom costs!
• If you don’t like the jewel, you can send it back and you can choose another jewel. This is without costs except for the shipping cost of you and FlorenceJewelshop. This service is valid until one week after the arrival of your purchase and notifying FlorenceJewelshop. 

Guarantee

Purchasing a piece of jewelry made by FlorenceJewelshop means that the jewelry is unique. Every design is used only once and can/will not be duplicated.

FlorenceJewelshop uses gemstones and silver sourced globally and hand-picked by me. This is a guarantee for the best quality against a good and fair price.
