My material for designing and making my jewelry comes from one of my trips abroad. The howlite beads come from Romania and The Thai silver beads are made by people from the Karen tribe, living in Northern Thailand.

Howlite is a white gemstone. But because it is so porous, howlite is often colored turquoise and sold as turquoise.
