The yellowish round rhinestone beads are hand-cut and come from India. The beads are not transparent like you might be used to with rhinestones, but they are opaque, which makes this necklace combined with the vermeil spacers very luxurious.

Vermeil has a base of silver with at least 24 layers of gold.
